- WhatsApp — where a business has connected a WhatsApp Business number, we may send you transactional messages and reminders (such as appointment reminders, shipping updates and invoice reminders) using Meta-approved message templates. To deliver these notifications we process the contact details you provide (email address and phone number) and, for push, an anonymous device token. We do not use these channels to send you third-party advertising. You can manage or withdraw consent at any time as described in "Your Rights" below.
Refresh Tech communications & newsletters. The platform that powers this service, Refresh Tech, may also send you occasional product updates and newsletters. These are marketing communications, kept separate from essential service notifications, and you can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails. Unsubscribing from newsletters does not stop the service-related messages required to operate your account.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use session tokens stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes. Essential cookies may be used to ensure the proper functioning of our service.
